RSC FOUNDER: Herb Courtney II
Passionate about diversity and ethics in hiring, Herb has developed significant relationships with leaders in the higher education, athletics and corporate spaces. Herb worked for over 15-years in intercollegiate athletics — seven of which as a Division 1 men’s basketball coach. Prior to coaching, Herb has experienced success as a student-athlete, a professional athlete, corporate recruiter, and manager. Herb brings a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and expertise while working with hiring institutions and organizations to support them through the search process.
RSC SENIOR CONSULTANT: Kelly Brooks
Kelly has over 25 years of experience in higher education and athletics. He is passionate about facilitating opportunities for professionals to grow careers and for institutions and organizations to build ideal teams. During his career, Kelly has led initiatives to develop and support relationships as well as managing a portfolio of clients regarding the planning of professional development activities, training courses, seminars, and workshops. Kelly’s experience spans being a college basketball coach to an administrator on public and private campuses, a conference office, and the NCAA Headquarters.
